Situated within a Conservation Area, Church View was built in 1850 as accommodation for the local paper mill owner and although not listed, has many traditional features still present. The extensive renovation included a complete internal reconfiguration with a new staircase and revised layout of all rooms as well as a 2-storey rear extension and external landscaping.
Flint Architects delivered a full architectural and interiors package for the scheme, paying special attention to the period features which are referenced throughout the project.
